We answer within two working days, usually sooner. There is no phone
queue and no ticket robot — the address goes to the team that writes the software.
What to write about
- Before you buy — anything about what bookmatic does or does not do. Ask
before you pay rather than after; we would rather talk you out of a purchase that is wrong
for your book.
- Your account, your book, your files — including help getting a manuscript
in, or getting your finished files out.
- Refunds and billing — see the refund policy first,
then write to us. Card payments are handled by our Merchant of Record, Paddle, and we can
raise a refund with them on your behalf.
- Copyright or abuse — use the report form, which
reaches the same inbox with the details we need attached.
- Your data — access, export or deletion requests. The
privacy notice says what we hold and for how long.
